Embedding Systems Change
One Workshop
at a Time.
No matter how big or small your organisation, we won’t consider any new company policy to be implemented until everybody it affects has bought into it and feels confident applying it.
A new policy on the intranet won’t lead to the sort of change we want to lead at Kairoi.
By working closely with staff throughout your organisation, we can ensure new policies and mechanisms are relevant, impactful and practical.
Responsible AI is not a question of defining ideals, it is about doing the best we can with ideals we hold and practice..
